Last night I made this yummy cake that I found on the Betty Crocker website. It's called Grasshopper Fudge Cake and let me tell you, it is delicious - if you like mint, that is! It tastes like one of those Andes Mints, but bigger and in cake form...weird, I know, but still good!! Go HERE to the Betty Crocker website to get the recipe.
