I decided that I wanted to look good in a bathing suit this year! I'm tired of not liking what I see in the mirror...so I got Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred! This is my 3rd day and I gotta tell you, it is rough!!! I was so sore after the first day that I wanted to give up already, but I didn't...I stuck with it and I am even more sore now...but I feel like I am making progress! I am really going to try to make it through the 30 days. I may miss a day here and there because of things going on, but I'm going to do my best!
Has anyone else tried this workout before? If so, what were your results? Did you stick with it? How long did it take you to move on from Level 1? Share with me!! Motivate me!!! PLEASE!!!!
