You know...we're hosting Easter for the first time because we're wary of taking my father-in-law anywhere, and my cousin emailed me and said she'd bring dessert (which I figured) and macaroni salad (again, figured)...and deviled eggs! I was almost offended! I called my mother for pete's sake. Of course, and I knew this already, she's trying to be helpful and doesn't want me to be overwhelmed. And I appreciate that, and my husband appreciates the fact that for the first time in four years he won't have to smell hard boiled eggs throughout the house all day. But I was like hello! That's MY job! haha
