Welcome to Menu Plan Monday! I am on a mission to organize my recipes and also make meal planning easier in my house! First thing I am doing is planning weekly meal plans and typing them up along with the recipes and grocery list for the week. This is my first week of doing this and I hope to continue. However, I'm not promising to do this EVERY week, because sometimes other things in life just get in the way and I may not get it done, I'm sure you know what I mean!!
Anyway, here is my meal plan for this week. I numbered the days instead of assigning a meal to each day so I can pick which meal we are having which day and what day I want to have leftovers. This week is "Cereal Sunday" for us. We usually have a big meal after church either eating out or at my in-laws, so for supper we just eat a bowl of cereal. The kids think it's fun and it's fine with my husband and I, so we do it!! :)
Day 1 - Ranch Burgers, French Fries, Grapes
Day 2 - King Ranch Chicken, Green Beans
Day 3 - Crockpot Taco Soup
Day 4 - BBQ Chicken, Easy New Potatoes, Corn
Day 5 - Pork Chop & Rice Casserole, Fruit Smoothies
Day 6 - Leftovers
Day 7 - Cereal Sunday
